Try TidyFlame on your own grate for 30 days from the delivery date. If it doesn't make grill cleanup easier, you get a full refund — and you keep the brush. We never ask you to mail anything back: return shipping would cost more than the product, so we simply refund you.

 

How it works: email support@tidyflame.com with your order number and a short note about what didn't work for you. We reply within 24 hours. Once approved, your refund posts to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 

Damaged or defective on arrival: we ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — again, nothing to send back. A photo helps us resolve it faster, but it isn't always required.

 

Not covered: normal wear, or damage from misuse. We're reasonable people — if something's wrong, tell us and we'll make it right.
