Damaged or defective on arrival: we'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to send anything back.

 

Changed your mind: contact us within 30 days. For lower-value items, we'll often refund you without asking for a return (return shipping can cost more than the item).

 

Refund timing: once approved, refunds post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
